Celebrations marking the 120th birth anniversary of humanist Přemysl Pitter culminated by the exhibition Přemysl Pitter: Righteous among the Nations in European Parliament in Strasbourg. The exhibition was prepared by The Pedagogical Museum and Library of J. A. Comenius together with Pavlína Šulcová from the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Israel.
By using large-area period photos the exhibition presented atmosphere of rescue operation The Castles and also hobby activities of children at that time. Petr Šolar is the author of colour photos showing present-day contacts with the to-be Pitter´s Jewish children.
